a) non-compliance with law 9 January 2004, n. 4.
Some site content is not currently accessible to all people, particularly users with visual or motor disabilities. Known critical issues include:

• The absence of visible focus on interactive elements, which makes keyboard navigation difficult.
• The use of color alone to convey information, resulting in problems for users with color blindness or low vision.
• The lack of textual alternatives for images, icons and visual content.
• Insufficient contrast between text and background in various sections of the site.
• The presence of links with unclear descriptions when considered out of context.

Additional critical issues concern the semantic structure of pages, labeling of form fields, correct language declaration and management of dynamic messages.

These issues have already been identified and will be addressed in upcoming site updates

b) disproportionate burden
Some corrective interventions, particularly those relating to the complete revision of PDF documents and code restructuring to ensure full semantic compliance, would involve a disproportionate technical and economic burden compared to currently available resources. For this reason, such activities will be planned gradually and progressively, initially prioritizing corrections with the most direct impact on the experience of users with disabilities.
