Concerning processing of the personal data provided, you are informed as follows:
- Controller
The Controller is the company FITT S.p.A, with registered office in Sandrigo (VI), Via Piave no. 8 – 36066, tel +39 0444461000, e-mail privacy@fitt.com pec fittspa@pec.confindustriavicenza.it (hereinafter, for brevity, the “Company”).
- Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis for processing
The common personal data (first name and surname, personal details, contact details, telephone number, e-mail address, position, CV) and possible special data, if present, collected by candidate employees-collaborators sending their CV, is processed solely for selection and possible recruitment onto the company workforce.
The legal basis for processing the data is fulfilment of the data subject’s request – contractual obligations – consent.
- Disclosure of data to third parties – Data recipients
The Controller may disclose the data processed for the purposes indicated above to the internal company employees who carry out selection activities.
- Transfer of data to Third Countries
The Controller does not transfer the processed data to Third Countries. However, if the data is transferred to Third Countries, this transfer will take place in compliance with the regulations on transfer of data to Third Countries in force at the time.
- Processing methods, data storage period and criteria
The data will be processed on paper and digitally. Unless you are recruited onto the company workforce, the data will be processed/stored by the Controller for a period of 24 months from release, after which it will be automatically erased. If you are recruited onto the company workforce, a further data processing policy will be provided.
- Providing of data
It is obligatory to provide the data indicated with an asterisk for assessment of the candidacy and optional to provide all the other data. The candidacy cannot be assessed and the above purposes cannot be pursued if the data is not provided.
- Rights of the data subject, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
The data subject to whom the personal data refers has the right of access to their personal data, at any moment, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to data portability, in cases where this is applicable, by contacting the Controller as indicated below. In the case of a presumed infringement, if the conditions are satisfied, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of his or her habitual residence or in the EU Member State which is his or her place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
- Profiling and automated decision-making processes
Automated decision-making processes (such as profiling) are not used in processing.
