1. Controller

2. Type of Data Processed, Purposes and Lawfulness of Processing
The Controller will process your personal data for the following purposes:
– To manage requests received via the “Contact” form on the website or through other platforms or the Company’s social media pages;
– To manage requests sent voluntarily to the Company’s institutional addresses (including messages sent by users to profiles/pages on social media platforms).
Submitting a request, including through the contact form, implies the acquisition of the sender’s contact details necessary to respond, as well as any personal data included in the communication or form that is required to process and respond to the request.
Legal basis for data processing: performance of pre-contractual and contractual obligations.
3. Disclosure of data to Third Parties – Data Recipients
The Company may disclose the data processed for the aforementioned purposes to internal or external parties involved in fulfilling the request.
4. Transfer of Data to Third Countries
The processed data shall not be transferred by the Controller to third countries. However, in the event of any transfer of data to third countries, the transfer will take place in compliance with legislation in force from time to time on such transfer of data to third countries.
5. Processing Methods and Data Retention period Requirements
Data will be processed in digital format using electronic tools solely for the purpose of responding to the request and, in any case, no longer than 90 days. In specific cases, such as managing complaints or return requests, the Company may be required to retain certain personal data for a longer period in order to fulfil legal obligations and pursue the related administrative purposes. In these cases, data will be retained for 10 years from the date of the request, the report, or the resolution of the complaint/return process. Once this period has elapsed, and unless it is necessary to retain the data to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim of the Company, personal data will be deleted or anonymised.
6. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making
No processing involving automated decision-making (e.g., profiling) is made.
7. Provision of Data
Providing the data marked with an asterisk is necessary to execute the contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to pursue the purposes outlined above.
8. Rights of the Data Subject, Withdrawing Consent and Making a Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right at any time to request access to his or her personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of such data, to object to its processing, to withdraw any consent given, and to exercise the right to data portability, where applicable, by contacting the Controller as shown below.
In the event of an alleged breach, the data subject, whenever the conditions are satisfied, also has the right to make a complaint with a Data Protection Supervisory Authority located in the EU member state where he or she habitually resides or in the EU state where he or she works or in which the alleged breach occurred.
