Resistant to careless handling shocks and adaptable to movements in the soil, FITT B-Active Rigid makes the pool safe and protected from damage during construction and subsequent use.

Structure

PVC-A pipe manufactured with Shock Wave technology and featuring a 3-layer construction that guarantees shock resistance, in full compliance with the test requirements of the EN ISO 1452 standard.

FCM - Compliant with European Regulation 10/2011 for Simulant A.

Technology

SHOCK WAVE TECHNOLOGY
Shock Wave technology, the result of combining PVC-A properties applied to the 3-layer structure, ensures robustness and durability to the hose. The "3L Structure" is composed of a first external anti-impact layer, an intermediate crack propagation prevention layer and a final layer, more internal and in contact with water, anti-chlorine.

PVC- A
Innovative polymeric alloy that guarantees toughness and ductility preventing crack propagation, the main cause of hydraulic system failures, with consequent water losses.

COLD RESISTANT
The ductility of the hose makes it resistant to impacts even at low temperatures (down to -10°C) and allows to avoid damage from transport or careless handling on construction sites. Any external impacts do not alter performance even when the hose is under pressure.
