GENDER EQUALITY CERTIFICATION UNI/PdR 125:2022

FITT has obtained the Gender Equality Certification UNI/PdR 125:2022: this is a recognition that attests to the company’s commitment to promoting equality between men and women, reducing the gender gap in career opportunities, remuneration and working conditions.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

The assessment recognised FITT with the highest score in the areas of pay equity, corporate culture and HR processes. At the same time, the certification offers a clear picture of the areas where further progress is possible, providing concrete guidance for the next improvement actions.
