Lo studio, basato sul metodo del Social Listening Index, ha raccolto in 12 mesi oltre 1 milione di citazioni online (su social media, blog, forum, portali news, video), contenenti riferimenti sui 2.000 datori di lavoro analizzati.<br \/>\nL&#8217;analisi \u00e8 stata condotta sfruttando l&#8217;intelligenza artificiale per tracciare ogni citazione dell&#8217;utente, il tono e il modo in cui la riporta (positiva, negativa e neutrale). Il metodo dell&#8217;Istituto, che fa capo al gruppo Hubert Burda Media, leader nell&#8217;employer branding nei paesi di lingua tedesca, \u00e8 stato testato con successo da anni in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato della ricerca, giunta alla quarta edizione, \u00e8 la classifica TOP JOB &#8211; Best Employers 2021, che fotografa il gradimento dei migliori 300 datori di lavoro nel nostro Paese.<\/p>\n<p>Fra gli aspetti analizzati rientrano il clima di lavoro, lo sviluppo professionale, le prospettive di crescita, la sostenibilit\u00e0 e i valori aziendali.
