Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis for processing<\/strong>
\nThe common personal data (personal details, contact details) is collected and processed for marketing and commercial purposes (sending of newsletters), The legal basis for processing data is therefore the fulfilment of the data subject\u2019s request to receive the service \/ consent of the Data Subject.<\/p>\n

Disclosure of data to third parties \u2013 Data recipients<\/strong>
\nThe Company may disclose data processed for marketing purposes to internal company staff who deal management of newsletters and commercial and promotional communications and also external company, specifically appointed as Data Processors, which provide the newsletter service.<\/p>\n

Transfer of data to Third Countries<\/strong>
\nThe Controller does not transfer the processed data to Third Countries. However, in the event of a possible transfer of data to third countries, the transfer itself will take place in compliance with the legislation in force from time to time on the transfer of data to third countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Processing methods, data storage period and criteria<\/strong>
\nThe data will be processed digitally until the data subject withdraws consent and in any case for a maximum period of 24 months. At the end of this period, the Data Controller will request any further consent or will delete the contact.<\/p>\n

\nIn the case of a presumed infringement, if the conditions are satisfied, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of his or her habitual residence or in the EU Member State which is his or her place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.<\/p>\n
